How does that signify a rule breaking? The bashing rule allows a maximum of 105 attacks against a single player in a 24 hour period. Thats each of 21 planets 5 times. 17 attacks wouldn't necessarily break bashing rules unless they were against the same planet, and all by the same player

I love the carrier idea. I think it should give a small bonus to the survivability of fighters its carrying. Maybe something like repairing damage suffered between rounds. As for the flagship however, I believe ACS Attack is already planned.
