moon shot debris

ok i have two questions and i searched but coould not find answers if you give somone a moon shot are you allowed to collect your own debris?and the second one is the player aloowed to collect the debris and send it to you?

You may collect the debris orbitting around the planet that you own so long as you and your friend used the exact same type and number of ships for the moonshot.
