how do you make a moon, with out getting completely owned by a player?
can i make DF by my self... like send out resorces randomly?

You can ask a friend to trade moonshots. Getting attacked is the only way.

You attack your friend and either you annihilate his fleet or he yours, aiming for a DF of exactly 2 million, and then your friend does the same to you.
