To my belief it works like this. If you are in vmode but don't log in after 45 days the account is deleted. But as long as you log in every now and then it stays in vmode. Lost my account after I vmodedbut did not log in.

The other war seems to be over according to his declaration. "War will be over after 2m TD is reached".
So he started another pointless war.

I am looking for an alliance based on team work to join.
