It would make people feel accomplished to win attacker of the month or week and it would bring people into the forum possibly to see who won for the week and to discuss it or what ever. The scoreboard would be used to determine who won the list of people who have won would be kept on the forum stick...

Imo the player awards at best is a popularity contest and I think it should be taken out of the players hands and the awards should just go to players based on performance. The mods should take the people who were voted for and just have a vote between yourselves to break the ties and put out some kind of result, at least a 1st place....second place.....third place or something.
