Japan is a very good place to live in some ways, while in other ways I'll probably never feel completely used to it.

But I reserve the word awesome for a place like Tony Stark's Malibu mansion.

I owned two VW Golfs when I lived in the US twenty years ago. Sold them both when I moved to Japan and haven't owned a car since. Saved a huge amount of money, time, and aggravation.

I just started reading The Chaplain's War by Brad Torgersen. It's a science fiction novel with a military chaplain (actually a Chaplain's Assistant) for a hero. It's written with a lot of insight into war, the military, and religion.

I can't get the Guardians of the Galaxy Awesome Mix Vol. 1 out of my head.

But that's not such a bad thing.
