can sombody tell me hw 2 start an alliance attack

Can anybody tell me how to add a picture to an alliance please?

to start an Alliance Attack you have to have your ACS Depot built to lvl 2 to add 1 player the higher your ACS Depot the more you can add to the attack.

dont remember how to do the pic lol been too long.

got a question about the application section,
will people that apply see what i write in here ? (can make a application form with a few questions for players to answer first when joining)
