I see nothing mentioned about bashing in the rules. Are there rules regarding bashing?

We will not put a rule for bashing. But we will code it so it will not happen. We just have to decide first.

By the way, it would be good to maintain some kind of honor and keep a maximum 6 attacks per 24hours per planet, for time being.

Bashing is only allowed when your Alliance is at war with another Alliance
The War must be announced in the correct forum and must comply with the boards Diplomacy rules.

Note: Attacking fleets that are completely destroyed and Interplanetary missile attacks do not count towards the bashing rule. Moon destruction missions do count towards the bashing rules.
