Even if the merc leaves after his/her job is done he/she should still be applied to all rules that apply to mercs in the war. even if he/she is not working for them anymore. that merc is still in the war.

we dont need a pole for this. this is comon sence and also FAIR. thier should be no vote for something that should not be argued about. this pervents mercs from being cowards. they will do thier job. then leave the war and then when they get a new job....thier back in the war?
