It also stops a "hidden" game feature but opens up another one. That was why I was so opposed to it in the first place.

I can still live with the changes. So... meh...

it seems if u ask for anything right zorg will fullfill it. so i ask for an opt out option for this. for my own personal uses let me retain the old ways.

I know time frames given are usually way off. Wondering if this is still happening or?

Seems not.

instead of 1-10% the installed 1-100% on massacre.

I am well aware of that SPY. I just want to know if they will bring it to other servers, especially Standard.

The easiest way to get it implemented to the server you like:
1)Open a topic in the Server Discussion forum of your choice (ie Speed Discussion)
2)Entitle it like Implement 1-100% fleet movement option in Speed
3)Ask your friends to vote/post their opinion about it.

We can filter through trolls that post multiple times the same thing; if the majority is in favor, we will implement it.

1-100 has been implemented on Massacre Universe.

Once it is ensured it is bug free, it will be copied to other universes (3-5 days).

So, my bad for thinking we did not have to vote for it again?
