[Approved] Show Capacities for Storage Buildings

Hi! The idea is quite simple, it would consist on showing the capacities for the next/previous levels of the Storage buildings the samy way the Production Buildings show their Energy Cost/Production/Difference columns.
This would be only to make a little bit more useful to click in the building and to show more than their descriptions and "Destroy" costs.

Or figure it out for yourself and keep notes
Storage = (base level) * (1.6 ^ level)
in standard it was storage = 50*(1.6^level) and has recently been increased to =250*(1.6^level)
^ means 'raised to the power of ' for those who need to know
