In the earlier stages when ZE did not have a Battle Simulator we used other games simulators to have a close idea about the battle results, one of them had some very interesting tools as I remember:

1st. We could copy and paste a Probe Report in a special field and get the data, what is a big help if is a tip and you do not want to Spy the target.

2nd. we had a field from where we willing to attack.

3rd.IPM attack simulation in the same grid, after which you just clicked next wave or done, if done the number of defenses remaining were input.

4th.Number of simulations option, max were 100.

5th.the result was showed as below:( the values below, are just an example and they may not reflect the real ones)

Result
Battle on Fight at 'MyTarget' [3:155:6]
Result | Attacker wins (100%) | after ~ 2 rounds. 0% Loss, 0% Draw
Debris Field 336.000.000 Metal , 270.000.000 Crystal ~ 30.300 Recycler
Moon chance Chance that a moon arises is 20%
Losses Attacker 60.000.000 Metal, 50.000.000 Crystal and 15.000.000 Deuterium
Losses Defender 508.800.000 Metal, 400.000.000 Crystal and 100.000.000 Deuterium
Theoretic Plunder 25.172.500 Metal, 14.732.621 Crystal and 18.448.500 Deuterium
Real Plunder 25.172.500 Metal, 14.732.621 Crystal and 18.448.500 Deuterium (100% Booty)
Attacking Fleet Fuel 8.080.706 Deuterium , full speed
Attacking Flight times 0:23:00 h
Recyclers Fuel 4.098.000 deuterium
Recycle time 1:04:45 h

PS:- I am not saying such a Battle Simulator is a must, but as we have the best platform in this kind of game, why not have the best possible Simulator, we not in hurry, ZE will be on for long time, but as soon as you can implement the above additions, ZE will be even better than now

Agreed.

Basically, the simulator should run 100 simulations when you hit the "Simulate" button, and then give the average result. Would make it MUCH more accurate.

Agreed.

I hope to see this implemented very soon.

better sims would be great. love the info about recycles etc.
but the 100 sim option is what appeals most to me, the more accurate the sim is the better.

not only multiple, but i'd like to see the range, worst case, best case, average..that would mean a lot imo

Agreed PK.. this would be come in with loads of utility. will defo popularize the sim among the starters as well cause right now simming is a tedious job. it takes alot of time to plug in items and tweak them around.

Thumbs up for this for a go fast development!

I'll throw in my support here as well.

We can add an extra tickbox for this. It is not really crucial though as you will still have to run simple simulations to see most possible outcomes. On top of this, current layout of simulator already helps multiple tests. To finalize, the idea is adding without disrupting anything, therefore approved.
