Received this message when the ship reached its destination:
The fleet has reached the coordinates [x:xx:xx], but unfortunately the settlement is impossible, you can not have more than 1 planet ! as your Colonization Technology is currently 1 !
Your colonization technology must be greater than your current number of planets before you can colonize a new planet.
It should prevent you from sending the mission in the first place.

#3It would have helped if you have cited an example. Like sending several colonization missions and abandoning newly colonized planet right after if their specs are not favorable.
