THREATENING / INTIMIDATING IN ANYWAY ANY OF THE ADMINISTRATION / MODERATION MEMBERS CAN RESULT IN IN-GAME ACCOUNT BAN. EVERYONE IS TRYING TO PROVIDE A FAIR GAME FOR EVERYONE AND ALL ISSUES MUST BE RESSOLVED IN A CIVILIZED MANNER WHICH WE GUARANTEE FOR.

FOR ANY FORUM ISSUES:

Send a personal message through forums to a forum moderator of your choice (Not Zorg, Zorg is not a forum moderator).

FOR ANY CHAT ISSUES:

Ressolve it with the forum moderator of your choice. Next in chain is Head Chat Mod and the Community Admin. Make sure you keep logs of conversation with each before proceeding to another.

Game administration will not interfere with Chat issues but in extreme cases, you can report the Community administrator for power abuse. Make sure you follow the procedure for reporting the community admin as described below.

If you have a problem with a FORUM moderator:

1.Try to ressolve the issue with the forum moerator in question.
2.If this fails and only then, PM the Head Forum Moderator. You must provide all logs with messages and a SHORT description of your problem.
3.If the solution provided by the Head moderator is not sufficient, you may then and only then PM Community Administrator. You must provide all logs with messages with both the moderator in question + Head moderator and a SHORT description of your problem.
4.If you again are unhappy by the result, you may then and only then forward the issue to webmaster@zorgempire.net. You must provide logs by from all stages + a SHORT description of your problem.

NOT PROVIDING LOGS FOR ANY OF STEPS 2 to 4, means that your case WLL BE IGNORED. You must first discuss with the moderator you have a problem with and then follow the above steps, according to case.

If you have a problem with Community Administrator:

-Try to ressolve it with him directly by PM in forums. If it fails, send an email to webmaster@zorgempire.net describing your problem in a SHORT message.

For GAME ISSUES:

-If it is a bug: Use bug forums
-If seems like a bug that affects only you: Use bug forums
-If you are certain it is a bug that affects only you: Email Game administration at webmaster@zorgempire.net
-If it is a suggestion, use Suggestion forums.
-If it is a gameplay issue: Do not bother administration. If you wish, you can discuss such issues in your universe Union of Honor Forums.
-Password issue: Use retrieve password.
-Email issue: Email administration with as much info you can provide.
-Rules violation/Cheating/reporting: Read the first post.


This list is meant as a guide so you can quickly refer to the right person to get your matter addressed as soon as possible. We will try to keep this thread rich so you can save your and our time.

Game Administration will usually reply within 8hours but at some cases it may take up to 24h. In rare cases which most commonly include national holidays, responses may take a bit longer. It is recommended to send an email again if you do not receive a response within 24 hours to make sure that your email arrived. In extremely rare cases, your emails may never reach us and only then you may mesage the account Administrator in-game (each universe has one). Your message may take some time to be checked there but it will be surely checked eventually and WILL BE IGNORED UNLESS YOU HAD PROBLEM REACHING US BY EMAIL. In most cases, responses are very fast.

IT IS ALWAYS VERY HANDY TO INCLUDE YOUR UNIVERSE/USERNAME TO ALL COMMUNICATIONS WITH GAME ADMINISTRATION.

Typical Bans for forum violations:
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
-Each rule violation equals 1 warning.
-3 warnings equal 1 week ban.
-After a ban all warnings are removed.
-In case a persons earns 3 warnings again then next time he is banned for 1 month, then 3 months, then 6 months then permanently.

According to case, the above may greatly differ to a worse scenario (nearly never to a better one).
