I'm pretty sure the game won't allow anyone to attack anyone else until the protection is removed, but by all means, you can try.
@Calvin
The game owners simply swapped which servers were hosting the game. Nothing had changed.

#13Some ISPs are too slow and most people will not even get to read this announcement. So, the best solution is the attack prevention.
At least this time you can schedule them normally
On migration news, it is good that it has propagated that fast. We are happy. Still, I suspect there will be many who will be unable to connect. (You could also try a different browser if you cannot get it to work otherwise).

#16We have noticed that chrome requires an extra cleanup to access it immediately:
Go to tools -> options -> Under the hood -> Clear Browsing data and check 'empty the cache' and click on clear browsing data.
Other than that, everyone should now be able to login normally, so if not, follow the solution above (Clear cache) for whatever browser you are now using.
The url that should work normally is: http://www.zorgempire.org/

#17A couple of guys from my alliance seem to have lost fleets, their ships have not returned from FS and have just disappeared. What should they do?
Re: Speed/Massacre Migration in Monday - Everyone read
#18I think I've got a ghost fleet, some of my ships went spasso and are traveling to another planet in the same system, but don't show on overview plus it says they get back in minus -1day 10 hours and 30 minutes...... they're 53 probes I think no way of telling. It's using up a fleet slot as well: / (mass)
Re: Speed/Massacre Migration in Monday - Everyone read
#19Oh.. so ghost fleet and fleet on short fs vanishes: '( my beautiful ships. However im thinking these issues are only specific to certain accounts who just happened to be doing something particular during the migration. If anyone has 'ghost ', stories to tell, please post so we can see how widespread it is.
Re: Speed/Massacre Migration in Monday - Everyone read
#20Ok I've done some testing, any fleet that is sent on an attack mission gets to the target and heads back wth no hit. However when it gets back it only 'Appears ' to get back, the mission disapears from overview but still appears on the fleet screen, showing a negative returning time which grows, meaning that it will never get back: / so far I have a number is ships stuck in this weird limbo state. Please fix zorg
