Everything is ready for the closure.

The universe will close today, at 21:00 UTC (same time as universes).

The winners announcement will not be instant. Instead, it will take some time (approximately 30-60 minutes) as we will need to:
-Land all fleets in order to count them in the final total.
-Check for possible cheating.
-Issue penalties/bans.

Then, once we ensure everything is in order, we will announce the winners.
