Recent Downtime

Hi everyone,

An unexpected error produced a server issue. While we dealt with it immediately, within a minute, we were not able to fix it right away.
This forced us to issue a general update that was otherwise planned for next week. This further extended the overall downtime

Once the update was over, we had to face some new issues, deriving from the new update. This took us even longer to deal with while we also made at least 2 crucial mistakes.

Everything is back up now, however we are still working. No further downtime is expected, however the server is not yet running at full strength and you might notice some degraded performance. This is expected. What is not expected are page failures. If you come across any, please use our contact form/email (only through this way) to let us know, so we will be able to fix where needed.

You may continue your game with the peace of mind that everything is okay. When server performance is restored to full strength, I will let you know with a new message.
Any fleet crashes that are proved due to the downtime, now or in the next 24hours, will be reversed.

For those of you not using phones etc, for those using browsers which are not the usual suspects, try deleting temporary internet files, cookies etc, all the usual stuff, this will stop you going around and around in cicrcles at the login screen.

Thanks to Zorg for "pointing" this out, still awaiting a reply on this, lol.

Lol, how can you "logout" if you can't log in??
