Forums will be separated from Standard universe machine and will be moved into a new dedicated server.

The move will take place till Monday.

Update: The issues in the last 12 hours are related to DDoS attacks against the hosting company. Only the server that holds Standard Universe and forums have been affected.

While DDoS can happen anytime and anywhere, we are always looking for the best hosting provider.

The move for the Standard Universe may happen on Monday but most probably in Tuesday. There will be a notification before hand.

Forums may be moved out anytime; there will not be a notification for forums move.

Update: Eventually the move will both include forums and standard universe. The new machine is up and running but still needs some more work before we will be able to move there.

As a result, no transfer will take place tomorrow (Monday). New day is Tuesday.

There will be a few hours notice before the move in-game.

This has not been done yet, not forgotten either. We simply was stressing our new server to meet all the criteria needed by the code to run. It is a brand new server and needs these stress tests to ensure that what happened in Speed universe launch will not happen again.

Both the Standard universe and forums will be moved and we won't rush it; most probably Tuesday May 8th.

This has resulted in a very complicated issue for us. Right now it is not an emergency as we have not seen any troubles for Standard universe in a while (correct me if I am wrong).

We have renewed the server for one more month (Expires in Jun 19) so there will be no move for at least 2 weeks now.

It is true that a move should be considered again because we do have better servers that can host standard universe.
Decisions will be delayed for now as we are currently focusing into optimizing ZE and adding some anti-cheat tools & new login system.
