Since RL has at least Weresloth and Lightning very busy (i do not know Cypher's current situation), perhaps there should be an additional admin for the forums and Public Relations each, that way those areas are still covered without Zorg and above having to intervene

Based on what you said, I think that is a very reasonable idea.
