How about a topic, much like the combats report section. A place where you can, short of swearing, you can moderately vent your spleen, no restrictions?

#2The Union of Honor already essentially serves this purpose, doesn’t it? I’m not sure what exactly you have in mind, but mild to moderate flaming is allowed there (though mod/admin baiting, extreme flaming or harassment, accusations of cheating, etc., are still prohibited).

But, to make it clearer for those that may not understand the point is:
Union of Honour / Combat Reports. Generally, that's for the Union of Honour, Combat Reports.
Yes, it does say "

But, as we all know, really it's mostly CR's.
And, now that all the CR's are grouped together, regardless of server, it's mainly just one "Topic".
The whole point of another place is that a lot of players have grievances that are not part of this. Also, many need a place where they can, without fear of being censured, a place to let off their steam.
Combat reports are limited. My server in particular, any big hits that do happen do not generally get posted at all. This is because, in comparison to others servers, they may be considered inadequate or small. There is a lack resources in Standard compared to other servers. This is fine in itself, not a complaint as to the amounts there, it's just the way it is. Also, there are not too many big fleets about. What's considered big in Standard would be viewed as minor elsewhere. So, when a fleeter gets a hit, they don't post.
But, there are many players there without a voice in the forums, somewhere that can be used to ultimately share their views.
So, no, it is not already in place and duplicating anything at all.
This can be a place that can actually encourages MORE use of the dying forums. Somewhere where they can express themselves without fear of being closed down.
As it is at this time, players are not posting. They cannot be bothered, much of this is because they cannot say what they want to say for fear of being blocked. This is the way IT IS at this current time.
Players need to be encouraged to post, not jumped on as soon as they post anything that someone else might disagree with.
