Never probes, never checks to see what you've got. Just blindly launching missiles, unaware of the fact that there are certainly more ABMs than he has IPMs. A complete waste of time, resources etc.

This is a selection of his latest offerings, lol. Not a single point in damage. No detriment to myself whatsoever. The minimal cost of ABMs is by far made up by my mines.

This is why he has been playing for so long and has not amounted to anything in game. A sad indictment on him and the state of play from so many of his ilk.
New alliances have come, lots have gone. Every single one, more or less has amounted to something. Growth, expansion, numbers of members. Still BIC and Bores, all on his own. Perhaps the lack of members there or in the future highlights WHY he is still in an alliance of one, after being forced from his original alliance because of the trouble he attracts?
